A light pink wine, with bright, red cherry fruit flavours. Very fine, dry, soft and easy to enjoy alone as aperitivo or with shrimp, crab or lobster dishes.

Removal of stems and crashing of grapes is done, alcoholic fermentation occurs under controlled temperature of about 16-18 degrees celsius, in stainless steel vats. The type of wine-making done for this type of wine is named "SaignÃ©e", known as bleeding.
The bleeding technique proceeds as follows: a certain quantity of must is taken out of the maceration vat in which the red wine is being prepared. The must is then processed as for white wine. The result is a rosÃ¨ wine. Wine remains in contact with fine skins before being filtered and prepared for bottling at the end of march.
